Common help topics
- Subscription or billing: Manage or cancel iOS subscriptions through your Apple App Store subscription settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
- Form scan issues: Try a clearer image, better lighting, or upload the PDF directly if available. Avoid shadows and glare on the form.
- AI analysis problems: Some forms may need cleaner scans. Handwriting, blur, or unusual layouts can affect accuracy. Try uploading a PDF version if available.
- Language detection: AI Form Filler supports 14 languages. If the wrong language is detected, you can change it in Settings before scanning.
- PDF export issues: Make sure you have enough storage on your device. If sharing fails, try downloading first, then sharing from your Files app.
- Restore purchases: Use the restore option inside the app's Settings tab.
