These Terms of Service govern your use of AI Form Filler, operated by AIVANI COMPANY LIMITED. By using the app or related pages, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
AI Form Filler is a mobile app that uses AI to scan paper and PDF forms, extract fields, and help you fill them out through a conversational interface. It supports rental applications, job applications, tax forms, insurance claims, government paperwork, medical forms, and any other document with fillable fields. It can also help you discover class action settlements and unclaimed money.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 4 years of age and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. You must use the service only for lawful purposes.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the documents, images, and information you upload.
- You must have the right to use and submit that content.
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated or suggested content before relying on it, submitting it, signing it, or sending it to third parties.
- AI Form Filler assists with form filling but does not guarantee accuracy. Always review the completed form before submission.
4. No legal, financial, insurance, or tax advice
AI Form Filler provides software tools and AI-generated assistance. It does not provide legal advice, tax advice, insurance advice, or guaranteed claim outcomes. Any generated content may contain errors and should be independently reviewed. The "Find My Money" feature provides informational links to publicly available settlement information and does not constitute legal counsel.
5. Paid subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription (AI Form Filler Pro). Pricing, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your App Store account settings.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Submit forged, falsified, or unauthorized documents.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the service.
- Upload harmful code, malware, or content you are not authorized to use.
- Abuse free limits, rate limits, or payment systems.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We may also revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new "Last updated" date.
8. Intellectual property
AI Form Filler and its branding, software, content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to AIVANI COMPANY LIMITED. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Documents you create using the app remain yours.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AI-generated form filling will be error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIVANI COMPANY LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, claim denials, missed deadlines, or incorrect form submissions resulting from your use of the service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the app at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
